Get good with names

If you aren't already good with names you should focus on getting good with names. This is a great skill for public relations and fortunately, it is a skill that can be learned. If you are bad with names you can look up some tips on the internet and learn some association techniques. If that doesn't work, there are self help book that teach name memory and make it seem like a parlor trick. There are even classes on name learning. After one of these classes you will, allegedly, be able to recall over 30 new names given to you in one setting.

Imagine the benefits of meeting a room full of new people and being able to recall every name at the event. It's guaranteed that if you get those names right, all of the people will remember you in the future. Plus, it generates good feelings to call people by their names.
