Work the home page

If your company has a website, you need to be very interested in it. If your company does not have a web page see that you get one (just about any kid 16 years-old or younger will be able to show you how). It is very important to have a website and it is even more important to have a good home page.

This is the first thing that a person will see when they go to your site. People will judge your company based on the first impression that they get from your home page. Besides having a nice layout and easy to navigate menus, try to give your page a personal feeling. Pictures are a nice touch and contact information is essential. If someone bothers to browse to your website, they are probably looking for something. If you can't give them what they are looking for online (and they can be looking for anything) give them somebody they can talk to right away.
